When Did We Start?
Founded by Eric Ng in 1979, we are a fabricator and rain & shine solution provider with more than 40 years’ experience to date. As a pioneer in the sun shading industry we have imported European technology and concept of sun shading, which started as early as the 1870s, into Singapore.
Our initial establishment ‘Hock Leong Huat Enterprises Pte Ltd’ introduced the ideas of traditional arm-type retractable awnings, ‘Decorial Pte Ltd’ came as a change to diversify our range of innovative architectural shading solutions & finally led to the incorporation of home or building automation with sophisticated Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), Building Management System (BMS), passive fire protection automation and creating endless ossibilities of innovative combinations.

‘Decorial’ has been consistently promoting innovative shading technology effectively serve the functional purpose and at the same time, enhancing the aesthetic value of the existing building facade.
The range of quality products that we provide are fully imported from world leading manufacturers which ensures their products undergoes intricate tests to meet strict international standards, while executing optimum quality control.
What We do?
Today, ‘Decorial’ acts as Specialist Contractor or usually Nominated Sub-Contractor (NSC) to deal with Architects, Main Contractors, and Developers / Builders in the construction of rain & shine solutions through providing system and material specifications for proposed and on-going projects.
In addition, we have as the major player set the benchmark for high quality and standard in our local industry. To date, the company has completed more than 100,000 units of various shading systems, utilizing millions squared-metres(m 2 ) of fabrics.

‘Decorial Pte Ltd’ is based in Singapore with strong regional presence in Southeast Asia. Our systems and components are finely selected and fully imported from countries such as: France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Turkey, USA, Netherlands, Austria. Our project references includes, but are not limited to: Singapore, Malaysia, Beijing, Shanghai, Hangzhou, Maldives Island, Medan, Surabaya, Jakarta, Bintan, Semarang & more

Decorial Pte Ltd is certified by Building & Construction Authority (BCA) with L2 Grading in the category of SY06 (Finishing and Building Products) which shows our specialization in sun shading fabrication and it also enables us to tender for projects amounting up to a million (S$1,000,000.00).
‘Decorial’ has evolved to become marketing-oriented from a sales-oriented company as consumers begin to realize the importance of quality than to opt for lower pricing. We saw this as an opportunity to differentiate from the majority who won’t hesitate to sacrifice product and quality standards as means to reduce costs for higher sales volume.
System Originality
Our range of Automated Systems are originally imported from Europe (mainly France & Italy). End-users should request for supporting documents like Original System Catalogues, Import Documents, Declaration of Compliance (to international standards) & etc. in order to conduct a fair comparison.
Professional In-house Installation Team
We are specialists in this industry and as part of our effort in quality control, we insist to use our own professional installation team. We do not outsource to other contractors as wrong installation methods may in turn affect the functionality and durability of the systems.
After-Sales Service
With more than 30 years of business, our reliable after-sales service can be justified by list of project references and track records. In addition, we have also been partnering with the same Principals since our establishment. At ‘Decorial’, we guarantee a minimum of 10-years spare part availability for our range of automated shading systems.
Avoid Unnecessary Maintenance Costs
Beware of vendors claiming to have original systems with no proof or having unqualified contractors perform the installation works as it may affect the functionality of the whole system. Customers should also beware of companies who boast about supplying and maintaining our range of ‘Decorial’ products as it is untrue and detrimental to the image of our brand. Moreover, these unqualified vendors might also damage our original systems while maintaining thus incurring further unnecessary costs in repairing the faulty parts.
